Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients >18yrs of either sex with a provisional diagnosis of ILD either clinically or on previous HRCT chest

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.All patients of congestive cardiac failure, primary pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary tuberculosis, pulmonary neoplasia. 2.Patients unable to perform spirometry . 3.Pregnant patients 4.Acute exacerbation of ILDs.
