Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with horizontal deviation with PBCT 20- 50 PD in age more than 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any previous muscle surgery . ï?· Need for retroequatorial fixation sutures. ï?· Vertical rectus muscle surgery. ï?· Muscle transposition. ï?· Recessions > 8 mm. ï?· Paralytic squint ï?· Strabismus with â??Aâ?? & â??Vâ?? pattern ï?· Expectation of increased bleeding level because of known condition
