Intervention1: T. Dienogest: T. Dienogest 10 mg , once a day(OD) for 6 months

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Ultrasonographic diagnosis of ovarian endometrioma with mean diameter of 40mm or less 2.Atleast one symptoms like dysmenorrhea,chronic pelvic pain, dyspareuria should be present

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients planned for surgical management 2. any harmonal therapy undertaken within three months before enrollment 3. patients with suspected malignancy
