Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group is 18-55 years. 2.Minimum 20 permanent teeth should be present. 3.Periodontal pocket depth >= 5mm. 4.Atleast one site with radiographic infrabony defect assessed by IOPA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Systemically compromised patients and those on medications (corticosteroids/ Bisphosphonate) that may interfere with wound healing. 2.Pregnant women and lactating mother. 3.Active periodontal treatment with in last 6 month. 4.Smokers.
