Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Montreal Cognition Assessment ( Galveston Orientation Amnesia Test ( Glasgow Coma Scale score 8-15.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any metal implant at the site of stimulation. Concomitant neurological disorders. Patients having previous history of Traumatic Brain Injury. Psychiatric disorders. Drug or alcohol abuse. Seizure disorders. Patients receiving drugs that may affect cognitive functions: muscle relaxants. Patients with medical illness that may affect cognitive functions (thyroid, renal or hepatic disorder). Presence of wounds in the skin of the skull at the site of stimulation. Pregnant women. Individual with cardiac pacemaker. Patients with hypertension.

Montreal Cognition Assessment (MoCA).Timepoint: It will be measured prior and after the 4 weeks of intervention.
