Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Paraplegic Spinal cord injury patients who have 1st time exposure to sports during the rehabilitation and integration phase of in-patient rehabilitation at Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed (CRP)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: SCI patient with psychological problem (such as cognitive or mental impairment) or suffering from serious pathological disease as tumors, tuberculosis etc. also patients with severe head injury.Receiving bronchodilator, anti-hypertensive drug or other cardiorespiratory drug.
