Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing primary unilateral Knee Arthroplasty in a tertiary care centre in Western India.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with(1)Contraindications to the use of Tranexamic Acid(2)Preoperative Anemia(3)Peripheral vascular disease(4)Patients on anticoagulant medication.
