Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults willing to participate. -Healthy adults between 18 to 40 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Recent fractures, or/and pathological condition. -Recent trauma history. -Pain VAS >3 -Known recent history of ligament injury. -Known medical, surgical and cardiovascular conditions. -People with psychological disorders. -People with neurological, rheumatological or cardiovascular problems
