Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All consecutive patients coming to department of ophthalmology with clinically infective keratitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients presenting with typical viral ulcer, neurotrophic ulcer, neuroparalytic ulcer, atheromatous ulcer, any corneal ulcer clinically appearing to be of autoimmune origin.
