Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Skeletal and dental class II malocclusion due to retrognathic mandible Vertical â?? growth pattern (if SN-Go-Gn is more than 35â?°) Horizontal growth pattern (if SN-Go-Gn is less than 32â?°) Patients between the age of 12-16years (CVMI stage 3, 4 and 5 ) Minimum crowding in the upper and lower dental arches. Upright mandibular central incisors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with extracted or congenitally missing permanent teeth Presence of active periodontal or gingival disease Mentally challenged patients Patients with any known systemic disease
