Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children undergoing elective laparoscopic or robotic assisted laparoscopic pyeloplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of allergy to the drugs used in the study 2. Presence of a congenital heart disease 3. Presence of cardiac, respiratory, renal or hepatic dysfunction 4. Airway abnormalities 5. Mental retardation 6. Use of beta-blockers, anticonvulsants or α 2 agonists

MeasureTime frame
The number of children who need rescue intraoperative fentanyl in either groups.Timepoint: during surgery 0 mins till 120 mins

MeasureTime frame
1. Effect on intraoperative hemodynamics 2. Intraoperative fentanyl consumption in two groups 3. Intraoperative sevoflurane consumption 4. Quality of extubation 5. Modified Objective pain scores 6. Sedation score Timepoint: 0, 5, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, 120 mins in PACU.
