Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy adults volunteers who agreed to refrain from brushing and using any oral hygiene procedures for 24 hr and with good physical and psychological conditions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects on chemotherapeutic procedures, antibiotics and drugs having effect upon salivary functions .
