Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ï?¢ 1 Symptomatic patient having unilateral isolated ACL tear requiring arthroscopic ACL reconstruction with normal contralateral knee ï?¢ 2 ACL tear with repairable meniscus tear or necessitating partial menisectomy leaving >50% meniscus intact ï?¢ 3 Age- 18-40 years of either sex. ï?¢ 4 Patient giving informed and written consent for this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ï?¢ 1 ACL injury presenting with fracture around ipsilateral knee ï?¢ Concurrent bilateral ACL tear ï?¢ 2 Patient with associated other ligament injury in ipsilateral knee 3 History of any surgery in ipsilateral knee in the past ï?¢ 4 Evidence of deformity in ipsilateral knee joint
