Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All neonates born from 25 â?? 40 weeks gestational age requiring endotracheal intubation in NICU 2) Neonates requiring refixing of endotracheal tube in NICU (delivery room intubation and outside intubations)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Neonates with major congenital malformations 2) Neonates less than 25 weeks of gestational age
