Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Neonates >34 week gestation admitted in NICU requiring Blood Transfusion & whose parents gave legal consent for the procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient who were not willing for the procedure. 2. Neonates who have earlier h/o blood transfusion. 3. Syndromic Neonates and those with Congenital Anomaly. 4. Neonates with hemolytic disease
