Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the effectiveness of salivary myeloperoxidase as a marker of periodontal disaeseTimepoint: 1 month and 3 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
All the clinical parameters along with the MPO level will be assessed at baseline in Gingivitis and Chronic Periodontitis patients. Then after non-surgical periodontal therapy these parameters along with the MPO levels will be assessed again after 1 month and after 3 monthsTimepoint: 1 month and 3 months
