Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with all types of Duane Retraction Syndrome Patients with following complaints at presentation -Ocular misalignment in primary gaze -Abnormal head posture -Retraction of globe/ narrowing of palpebral aperture -Significant overshoot phenomenon

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known neuromuscular disorder Known systemic neurological disorder History of previous squint surgery Pattern strabismus (A, V, X , λ) Nystagmus History of previous BTX injection for strabismus Hypersensitivity to BTX.
