Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with symptomatic pulpitis/apical periodontitis/ Acute pain of endodontic origin Pre operative Heft-Parker pain score of 85 and above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA III and IV health status Bleeding diathesis Previously root canal initiated cases
