Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Admission to inpatient and outpatient department after Stroke in PMT. Age 20-75 years. Patient ready to give written informed consent. Conscious patient with obeying commands. Patients of either gender.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with other neuromusculoskeletal condition. Patient with chronic depression. Patient having cognitive impairment such as related to memory, attention and orientation. Patient with hearing and visual deficit. Patient who is comatose. Patient with recent orthopaedic surgery. Patient with uncontrolled hypertension. Patient with hemodynamic instability. Patient with repetitive h/o Stroke. Patient with progressive metabolic disease.
