Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing investigation and or surgery for gastric hepatic biliary and pancreatic malignancies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are obviously metastatic at presentation who do not warrant further investigations and or surgery Patients with poor performance status
