Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 80 years. 2.ASA physical status 1,2 patients. 3.Patients scheduled for elective urological procedures under general anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal 2.Patient with allergy or previous drug reaction with paracetamol or tramadol 3.Renal disease 4.Liver disease 5.Patient with bladder outflow obstruction 6.Patient on long term opiods

Differences in the incidence and severity of CRBD at 0,1,2 and 6 hours postoperative in 2 comparison groups.Timepoint: August 2020
