Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Collegiate Student Age : 18-27 years Non-athlete Must be knowing basic english (to fill the scale) DASS-42 score for depression >10 or anxiety >8 or stress > 15.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal or unwillingness to participate Simultaneous exercise for e.g., gym or yoga etc. Receiving medication for mental disorder Having any type of prosthesis like artificial limb History of any bony injury like fracture Any neurological disorder like neuropathy or seizures etc.
