Interventions

Intervention1: Laghushankhadrava: 5 drops once a day after meal with 1 lit water for 21 days Control Intervention1: Varunadi Kwatha: 20 ml twice a day with water after meal for 21 days

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient able & willing to give written informed consent 2.Patient of age 20-60yrs,either sex 3.Patient with sign& symptom such as pin in Abdomen,dysuria,Haematuria. 4.Patient having stones of size less than/equal to 8mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with moderate to severe ureterohydronephrosis,pyelonephritis,severe UTI 2.Complicated cases requiring surgical intervention 3.Patient with known case of uncontrolled DM/HTN/CKD 4.Patient having obstructive disorder of urinary track like BPH/stricture
