Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults (>=18 years) 2. Hearing loss (PTA4 >20 in the best ear according to HEAR (1996) 3. Conversant in English, and willingness to share and discuss aspects related to the study topics 4. Age groups: 18-40, 40-65, 65+ similar education level of the participants in the groups 5. Both gender, all ethnicity, and different degree of HL would be included.
