Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Parturients with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status II 2.Gestational age >32 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Parturient height =180 cm 2.Any contraindication to spinal anesthesia. 3.Known case of PIH 4.Known case of cardiovascular disease 5.Known case of peripheral vascular disease 6.Known case of diabetes 7.Known case of autonomic neuropathy. 8. Morbid obesity (body mass index [BMI] >=40)
