Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient admitted between 0 to 7 days (Hyper Acute, Acute, Sub-Acute phases. First ever Acute onset ischemic Anterior circulation arterial stroke All patients planned for MRI with DWI at the onset

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hemorrhagic stroke Posterior circulation stroke (PCA, Basilar, etc.) Venous stroke Recurrent stroke Chronic stroke and brain diseases like dementia, etc. Trauma patients
