Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)All patients admitted for PPI will be screened 2)Patients implanted with permanent pacemaker visiting to the hospital for follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with the history of CKD, hepatic, psychotic, malignant, or infectious disorders 2)Patients taking drugs that affect the QT interval
