Intervention1: Intubation with AirTraq video laryngoscope with a bougie: 50% of my sample size who fit under inclusion criteria will be intubated with this over a period one year.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All adult patients of either gender aged between16-65 years in ASA-Physical Status 1 and 2 undergoing endotracheal intubation for an elective procedure in operation theatre of tertiary care hospital will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria will be Emergency surgeries requiring rapid sequence induction of anaesthesia, those are intubated prior coming to OT, patients planned for supraglottic airway, patients with maxillofacial trauma, patients with known facial & orolaryngopharyngeal pathology, patients with restricted mouth opening & anticipated difficult airway, BMI >35 & ASA physical status 2 & 3
