: Group A patients will be given 0.05ml/kg Normal saline. Group B patients will be given 0.05

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 60 years in ASA Physical status 1 and 2 undergoing elective surgeries lasting not more than 2 hours requiring general anesthesia in JIPMER
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Neuromuscular diseases Presence of pharyngeal diseases A known case of difficult airway Risk of aspiration Lung pathology Body mass index >35 Surgeries requiring post-operative NPO >24 hours
