Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No gross skeletal dysplasia, that can be treated by orthodontic treatment alone with the extraction of two or more premolars Subjects serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels between 21-29ng/ml Subjects providing consent for participation in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with hematological/medical condition that limits or restricts the hematological investigation will be eliminated Any medical condition or medication that is known to affect the bone metabolism (such as metabolic disorder, chronic inflammatory disease, hormonal replacement therapy, menopause, liver disease, renal disease, pregnancy, lactation,)
