Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Patients of DM type II of middle age adult [age-30 â?? 55]. b. Both sexes will be selected. c. Reporting cases of symptoms of Diabetes d. Diagnosis is mainly based on clinical presentation, case history of patient and BGL reports fasting and Postprandial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a.Cases with gross pathology b.Exclude patient under immune- suppressive therapy c.Patients with complication of diabetes d.Case of Type I diabetes.
