Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal males with the age group of18-25 years. 2. Badminton players who have played for less than a 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with any pain 2. Any surgery in last 6 months.
