Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Fibromyalgia syndrome diagnosed by rheumatologist using 2016 Revisions to the 2010/2011 American College of Rheumatology (ACR) fibromyalgia syndrome diagnostic criteria for atleast 1 year 2. Pittsburgh sleep quality index score of more than 5 3. Ability and willingness to give consent and comply with study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Co-morbid conditions like spinal injuries, inflammatory rheumatic diseases, obstructive sleep apnea, uncontrolled endocrine disorders. 2. Current practice of therapies such as mindfulness meditation and cognitive behavioral therapy (or a recent practice of these therapies in the last 6 months) 3. Diagnosed psychological, personality and neurological disorders such as dementia, alzheimerâ??s disease, parkinsonism. 4. Contraindications to CST or Bowen therapy such as acute aneurysms, cerebral hemorrhage, bleeding disorders, pregnancy, systemic infection, dermatitis, healing fractures. 5. Patients who do not tolerate physical touch due to hypersensitivity or discomfort
