Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Singleton pregnancies up to 12 weeks of period of gestation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Multiple gestation, Previous diagnosis of Type 1 and Type 2 DM and Hb A1c >6.5% (overt diabetes) and foetus with structural anomalies will be excluded from the study

MeasureTime frame
maternal- GDM, hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, polyhydramnios, Pre-eclampsia Perinatal- Nature of delivery, macrosomia, hypoglycaemia, neonatal jaundice, macrosomia, large for gestational age, small for gestational age, NICU admissionTimepoint: before 142weeks HBA1C is done and followed up between 24-28 weeks with GTT/GCT to diagnose GDM and followed up till delivery for hypertensive disorders and during delivery ,the mode of delivery , type of labour induction, gestational age at delivery ,weight of newborn is seen, post delivery for NICU admission, hypoglycemia, hyperbilirubinemia in the neonate is followed up till day 3 of life
