Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. History of plantar heel pain for greater than one month. 2. Hip abductor weakness. 3. Pain provoked by taking the first few step in the morning. 4. Participants must be willing to attend the assessment and treatment sessions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who are pregnant. 2. Presence of peripheral vascular disease. 3. Participants with diabetes mellitus. 4. A known hypersensitivity to metals. 5. The presence of a chronic medical conditions:- Malignancy, Systemic inflammatory disorders such as Rheumatoid arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis, Septic arthritis etc. 6. Foot deformity e.g congenital deformity.
