Intervention1: Ruksha churna pinda sweda, snehpana, virechana, yoga basti with Trayodashanga Guggulu and Gandharvahastadi kwatha: Ruksha churna pinda sweda with kolakulathadi churna for 7days snehapan

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of Ankylosing spondylitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronicity of more than 5 yrs. 2. Severely deformed joints. 3. Cardiac disease, pulmonary tuberculosis, severe lung disease, diabetes and pregnant women. 4. Patients unfit for Snehana, Svedana, Virechana and Basti Karma.
