Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals of age 55 years and above of either sex. 2) Individuals without any major illness with life expectancy more than 5years. 3) Individuals having controlled Diabetes /Hypertension / Endocrine disorders etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients having history of hospital admission in the last 6 months. 2) Patients with planned surgery within next 6months. 3) Patients diagnosed with: i. Depression with psychosis ii. Alzheimer iii. Any known carcinoma iv. Parkinson v. Paralysis vi. Tuberculosis
