Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: leg ulcers more than 8 weeks treatment not responding to conventional treatment, age more than 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: malignancy, burns, pregnency and lactating women, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, coagulopathy including platelet less than 1.5 lakhs /mm3, willing patients on anticoagulants, not willing to give a valid written consent
