Inclusion criteria: All neonates admitted in Post natal wards and NICU(inborn and outborn,neonates visiting pediatric cardiology OPD and NICU opd during the study period) of KASTURBA HOSPITAL MANIPAL with congenital heart disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASD PDA All functional heart diseases
