Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primipara mothers with a fear of childbirth that will be in the second trimester of pregnancy. Primipara mothers with a fear of childbirth that will be having W-DEQ score >=61. Primipara mothers with a fear of childbirth that will be in the age group 20-35 years. Primipara mothers with a fear of childbirth that will be having mild rise in blood pressure. Primipara mothers with a fear of childbirth that will be able to read and understand English/Punjabi/Hindi. Primipara mothers with a fear of childbirth willing to participate in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Primipara mothers with a fear of childbirth who are expected to have child with abnormality/congenital anomaly. Primipara mothers with a fear of childbirth that will be having W-DEQ score >100. Primipara mothers with a fear of childbirth with high risk pregnancy. Primipara mothers with a fear of childbirth with indication for caesarean section. Primipara mothers with a fear of childbirth who have attended other program on antenatal care. Primipara mothers with a fear of childbirth that have a history of anxiety or depression or any other psychotic disorder.
