Intervention1: Haritaki kwatha bhavit vardhaman pippali yoga in the management of tamaka shwasa: Bhavna of haritaki kwatha will be given to pippali dose maximum 9 grams in two devided doses in churna

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with minimum symptoms like kasa kanthodhwansa pinasa shayan shwasa pidita ashino labhate saukhyam ushna abhinandata

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: cardiac pathology tuberculosis emphysema cor pulmonale malignancy hypertension diabetes mellitus more than 2 attacks per day pregnancy PEF below 50
