Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 All mechanically ventilated patients in ICU >18 years of age who are planned for enteral nutrition 2 Consent for participation will be taken from LAR of patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 All patients of age 2 Patients admitted to FEHI ICU from outside hospital ICU. 3 All patients who are admitted in ICU but not ventilated. 4 All patients who are ventilated less than 48hrs. • Post operative abdominal surgery. • Readmission to ICU. • All the patients LAR who are not willing to participate in the study.
