Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: blood pressure level above 140/90 mm Hg and below 160/100 mm Hg ,sleeplessness, giddiness, early morning headache,sweating,obesity, the patients who are symptamaically not reduced after taking medications for more than 2 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age group less than 30 and above 60 years,known case of associated other secondary disease like renal failure,cardiac problems, chronic diseases,known case of diabetes mellitus, blood pressure level above 160/100 mm Hg,pregnant women

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of blood pressure is monitored for once in every three days and improvement is assessed before and after the treatment by using a sphygmomanometer.Timepoint: 30 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcome is assessed by comparing the quality of life of the patient before and after treatment using a WHO quality of life Scale - brief questionnaire.Timepoint: 30 days
