Inclusion criteria: PATIENTS WITH PROGRESSIVE PTERYGIUM,HEAD OF PTERYGIUM ENCROACHING UPON THE PERIPHERAL CORNEA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.RECURRENT PTERYGIUM 2.OCULAR SURFACE DISORDER INCLUDING DRY EYES AND MEIBOMIAN GLAND DYSFUNCTION 3.ANY EXTRAOCULAR SURGERY PAST 6 MONTHS 4.PREGNANT WOMEN 5.UNCONTROLLED SYSTEMIC DISEASES
