Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects having the clinical features of Sthaulya in the Nidanathmaka study on the basis of subjective and objective variables

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating mothers. Patients having any hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism. Patients not complying with the directions of the physician. BMI > 40 kg/m2. Patient with major complications and in requirement of emergency treatment.
