Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Classical symptoms of Amlapitta as described in ayurvedic texts i.e. Amlodgaar, Tiktodgaara, Kantha daah, Urah daah, Aruchi, Utklesha, Udar Aadhmaan, Avipaka, Gaurav, Klama, Shiroruk. 2.GERD without any metabolic complication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age group 60 years. 2.Known case of Gastric and Duodenal ulcer 3.Known case of Gastric carcinoma 4.Known case of Chronic gastritis (more than 1 year) 5.Any other chronic illness. •Known case of Barrettâ??s Oesophagus. •Addicted to alcohol.
