Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients of known case of diabetes mellitus uncontrolled on metformin monotherapy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with co-morbidities like renal disease, HTN, CVS disease, liver disease. 2)Patient on multiple drug therapy for any chronic illness and any other conditions. 3)Pregnant and lactating women. 4)Drug addicted patients. 5) Not willing to give consent
