Health Condition 1: N202- Calculus of kidney with calculus of ureter

Interventions

Intervention1: Majoon Sang Sar-e-mahi: 5 grams will be given to the patient orally twice daily with water.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed case of Hasat-e-Bauliyah (Urolithiasis) up to 10 mm (radiological evidence of stone up to 10mm 2.Patients who have agreed to sign the informed consent form and follow up the protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Stone size more than 10 mm. 2.K/C/O Diabetes mellitus. 3.Pregnant and lactating women. 4.Gross hydronephrosis 5.Raised blood urea or serum creatinine 6.Bladder outlet obstruction •Serious systemic illness
