Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Self-reported knee pain 2.Both male and female subjects Physician diagnosed knee OA according to 3.clinical ACR criteria 4.Met k-L grading 2 &3 5.Not engaged in LE exercise program for 6 months 6.Knee pain for more than 3 months in most days of a week 7.Morning stiffness less than 30 min

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Inability to obtain physician release for exercise 2.Unresolved balance disorder 3.Unresolved neurological disorder 4.History of knee surgery or major knee trauma injury 5.Hip or ankle instability, excessive weakness, surgery or major trauma injury 6.Hip or knee replacement 7.Intra-articular joint injection within 4 weeks of study 8.Obese (BMI >30)
