Intervention1: shadbindu taila nasya along with elakanadi kwatha: 2 sitting of Shadbindu taila Nasya with a gap of 7 days in between. one sitting will be for 7 days dose:6 drops in each nostril elakan

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria which are based on symptomatology of Dushta Pratishyaya â?? Chronic Rhinosinusitis explained in classics will be selected - Patients with history of sinusitis minimum of 12 weeksâ?? duration - Patients between the ages of 20-60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients not willing to participate in clinical trial. - Cases with nasal polyp causing complete obstruction of nasal cavity
